Go to the lower right-hand side of the page when you go to the Facebook page, and you will see a Help Center icon. Go to it, and it offers all kinds of help, including for situations that like. It should walk you through it.

For 4 days I have been unable to access my Facebook profile. It says email/login/password invalid. Any ideas?
I have sent numerous emails to the FB help team and gotten no response. Everytime I try to reset my password, it comes up invalid email..Will I ever regain possession of my profile?

Try creating a new profile and see if it logs in. Coz if it doesn’t log in, then u know there is no problem with the old one, but only with ur connection and facebook or something.
Coz me for example, I havent been able to log into facebook since 3 days ago; it always tells me Network Error.

Whenever I sign into my facebook account, it asks me to reset my password, anyone know why?
I’m entering the correct password and login yet it always asks me to reset my password. I dont understand why, and everytime I do reset my password I still have to reset it the next time I log in.

Maybe theres a problem with your computer. Perhaps a popup blocker or something is stopping it. I know that Yahoo was having some log in problem a few days ago and many people had that problem, but if thats not the case with facebook, then it could be ur computer. Try making another account, or test my theory by asking someone else to sign in

exceeded the amount of login attemps on facebook when password is correct..?
my facebook has been all stupid recently and now its saying ive exceeded the number of login attempts but my password is right, im 100%. if i reset it, it wont work either. how long will it be until i can log on? thankyou

12-24 hours, just reset password. The new password will be sent to your email account and then you can access your account☺

I can’t change my Facebook password because i have reached the limit of password reset attempt……?
I tried to access my account yesterday and needed to login, did so and got message that could not login, tried several times unsuccessfully and then tried to change password, every code sent did not work, finally got message “You have reached the limit of password reset attempt”.Please suggest me i what should i do to resolve this matter………..

Same problem with my friend also. What she did was she just mailed with as much as information provided, which are public to the facebook people. Within 2 days time, she got a mail with reset password information, and you can too try it out. Or just wait for 3 days without logging in and then try to work on Forgot Password. If still you are getting the same problem, go ahead with this mail stuff.
This is just to prevent unauthorized people from changing your password frequently. Don’t worry. It would be alright. The address to send the complaint is http://www.facebook.com/help/contact.php?show_form=login_password_bug
