Lizzie asks…
Will Facebook Always Be Free?
admin answers:
Yes, by now we all can be pretty sure that the staff of facebook have no intention to make their members pay for using their site. Their business is expanding and since facebook is quite popular, more and more companies want to advertise there. So, while the members browse through facebook, they see the ads, and when something interests them, they go to page. This way facebook makes money without doing almost anything. And plus, they owe all this to their members. So, the more members they have, the more the money they get. And everyone knows most people want to use sites for free, not by paying.
Hope this helps!

Steven asks…

Betty asks…
Is it true that we are going to have to start paying for Facebook?
Do we really have to start paying for Facebook because they keep changing the profile setup? Isn’t their thing “It’s free and always will be.”? People keep posting stuff like “FACEBOOK JUST RELEASED THEIR PRICE GRID FOR MEMBERSHIP. $9.99 PER MONTH FOR GOLD MEMBER SERVICES, $6.99 PER MONTH FOR SILVER MEMBER SERVICES, $3.99 PER MONTH FOR BRONZE MEMBER SERVICES, FREE IF YOU COPY AND PASTE THIS MESSAGE BEFORE MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. WHEN YOU SIGN ON TOMORROW MORNING YOU WILL BE PROMPTED FOR PAYMENT INFO…IT IS OFFICIAL IT WAS EVEN ON THE NEWS FACEBOOK WILL START CHARGING DUE TO THE NEW PROFILE CHANGES. IF YOU COPY THIS ON YOUR WALL YOUR ICON WILL TURN BLUE AND FACEBOOK WILL BE FREE FOR YOU. PLEASE PASS THIS MESSAGE ON IF NOT YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE DELETED IF YOU DO NOT PAY”.
I just don’t know for sure if it’s going to change because I have a lot of pictures that I put up there. Or what about the people who haven’t gotten on? Their stuff will just be deleted? That doesn’t make sence to me. Does anyone know?

Guys FACEBOOK IS NOT SHUTTING DOWN!
The hoax, which is spreading like wildfire on Facebook, is not the first of its kind. Many scams have claimed Facebook will ask you to pay in one form or another, but they’re all bogus. The company even tries to remind its users on the website’s main login page (if you’re logged in, you’ll have to log out to see it): “It’s free and always will be.” Facebook makes a lot of money from the ads viewed and clicked by its 800 million active users. In fact, the social networking giant is expected to make $4.27 billion in revenue this year, 89 percent of which will come from advertising. As a general word of caution, don’t believe everything you read on the Internet. Also, don’t blindly copy and paste warnings just because your Facebook friend’s status tells you to do so. Although you probably mean well, you could be helping a hoax become more popular on the social network.

Ruth asks…
Is there a way to get facebook free on your mobile?
I can access facebook on my mobile but if i use it for say 5 minutes it will take £2.50 credit out, is there a way i can access it free? I’m sure there are people out there who use it for free as they are always on fb mobile.
My phone is vodafone.
admin answers:
I know if you change to o2 you can get what is called a Web Bolt on and this cost £7.50 per month and it is for unlimited to browsing/using the interenet (including bebo/facebook) but im sorry i am not too sure if it is possible with vodafone
Sewrob im sorry you are so wrong as i used to have an o2 web bolt on my phone and i think now for £15 a month you can get free text messages and the Web bolt on also

Robert asks…
Would you pay for facebook?
I know facebook is free and always will be, but theoretically would you pay for it?? say…..as much as you would pay for netflix??
admin answers:
No, we don’t need to pay for Facebook since this scares people away. If Facebook charges people, then they won’t be happy and will more likely to leave Facebook. This ruins Facebook’s reputation.
Really, paying for Facebook is a myth.
Good luck!
